Standard manufacturer approved service. Using only genuine spares, and lubricants, your fork or shock is rebuilt to factory specifications. Factory Servicing ensures that your fork or shock is properly maintained to the level required by the manufacturer, and prevents the problems caused by incorrect or infrequent maintenance.
Forks
Most forks should be serviced every 25 - 35 hours of use. This routine maintenance helps prevent damage to the fragile internal parts of the fork. By ensuring your fork is serviced regularly you minimize wear and tear and maximize performance.
Factory Fork Service - From $170
Includes:
- Full disassembly, cleaning, and inspection of all parts.
- Replacement of Dust Wiper and Oil Seals
- Replacement of any other parts required (labour only, parts at extra cost)
- Fresh high performance damping and lubricating oils
- Adjustments setup to riders weight or other requirements
- Return shipping by Australia Post Express or overnight courier.

Shocks
Shocks should be serviced every 70 - 80 hours of use, or once a year if you don’t ride often. Most shocks may not show obvious signs of needing service so should be serviced on regular time intervals rather than waiting for an obvious failure.
Coil Shock Factory Service - From $180
Includes:
- Full disassembly, cleaning and inspection of all parts.
- Replacement of all seals, O rings and glide rings
- New Du bushes as required.
- Replacement of any parts required (labour only, parts at extra cost).
- Fresh high performance damper fluid.
- Nitrogen charge
- Adjustments setup to riders weight, bike or other specific requirements.
- Return shipping by overnight courier or Australia Post Express Post.

Air Shock Factory Service - From $200
Includes:
- Full disassembly, cleaning, and inspection of Air Sleeve and Damper Unit.
- Replacement of all seals, O rings, and glide rings in Damper and Air Sleeve
- New DU Bushes as required
- Fresh high performance damping and lubricating fluid
- Replacement of any other parts (labour only)
- Nitrogen Charge.
- Adjustments setup to riders weight, bike or other specific requirements.
- Return shipping by overnight courier or Australia Post Express Post.
