Why should I use NSDynamics to service my suspension? Our service, and because we are the experts. Period. There is now such a variety of suspension on the market it is quite difficult to stay up to date on the specific requirements for each brand and model. Our reputation and experience worldwide allows us to keep up to date with information from manufacturers, test riders, and racers which results in better service to you.

How long will it take for NSDynamics to service my fork/shock? We aim to turnaround all work within 24 hours or receiving it. Please call or email us for more information.

What does tuning actually mean? Tuning is rebuilding a shock or fork from the ground up to suit a specific bike and riders requirements. Manufacturers go to a great deal of effort to develop a product that anyone can bolt into a bike and get good performance from. By tuning a fork or shock to suit a specific rider we can make a big improvement to the level of performance.

Does NSD provide any guarantee? We provide a 3 month workmanship guarantee on all of our work.

Is there any maintenance I should do myself? Yes. The better you look after you fork or shock the better it will work for you. If you have a good level of mechanical skill/knowledge then simply check the manufacturers website for simple maintenance procedures.

How do i know of my setup is right? After servicing or tuning we send your fork/shock back setup  with our recommended settings. We also provide you with a job card which details the recommended settings as well as information on how to fine tune the settings yourself.

My mate says he can do it for $60 and it will be just the same... Suspension service and tuning requires a lot of specific training/knowledge, tools, spares and a dedicated contamination free workshop. If your mate has all of these you just saved yourself some money. If not, and you want a guaranteed service and quick turnaround then contact us.

Does using NSD affect my warranty? Our aim is to allow you to get the most from your suspension without losing your original manufacturers warranty. Our Factory Service and Performance Tuning are specifically intended to not interfere with warranty procedures, and we use genuine spare parts. However we do recommend you return your suspension to us should you encounter any issues after having work undertaken by us. We will investigate any problems and return the item for warranty if neccessary.
